The Alex Rins Monster Energy 2025 Race Suit combines a racing-inspired design with an anatomically mapped fit developed for rider movement and comfort. It is constructed from genuine cowhide grained leather with S1 stretch material in key flexibility zones, while removable protective components allow the suit to be configured to the rider's preferences.
The suit includes external protections, CE-approved removable knee sliders, removable PU protections, a removable aerodynamic hump, and a polyester mesh inner lining. Tailor-made customization is also available for leather, fit, perforation, lining, colors, and graphics.
The outer shell is specified with genuine cowhide grained leather at 1.2–1.3 mm thickness, with kangaroo leather at 0.8–0.9 mm available as an option.
S1 stretch material is positioned at the crotch, behind the calves, and under the sleeves to provide flexibility while riding.
Construction details include professional leather patchwork, genuine YKK zips on the front, cuffs, and ankles, and double/triple stitching for increased tear resistance.
The anatomically mapped fit is designed to support rider movement while maintaining a comfortable feel. S1 stretch material at the crotch, calf area, and under the sleeves adds flexibility where movement is required.
The inner shell features a polyester mesh lining, while the internal protections and aerodynamic hump are removable.
