The Joan Mir Honda HRC 2025 Leather Racing Jacket combines a rider-focused racing fit with a Honda HRC-inspired design. It is constructed from genuine grained cowhide leather with flexible S1 stretch material and includes removable protective components for motorcycle riding.
The anatomically mapped fit is designed to support movement while maintaining a close, performance-oriented profile. Multiple customization options are also available for riders who want to adjust the leather, fit, perforation, lining, colors, or graphics.
The outer shell is made from genuine cowhide grained leather in 1.2–1.3 mm thickness, with a kangaroo leather option available in 0.8–0.9 mm thickness.
S1 stretch material is positioned at the crotch, behind the calf, and under the sleeves to provide additional flexibility. The jacket also uses genuine YKK zips at the front, cuffs, and ankle areas, along with professional leather patchwork and double/triple stitching for improved tear resistance.
The jacket includes certified external protection and removable internal PU protection components.
The original specification also states Level 2 internal protections for key areas including the shoulders, elbows, vertebral column, and knees.
The anatomically mapped fit is designed around rider movement and comfort. S1 stretch sections at the crotch, behind the calves, and under the sleeves provide flexibility where movement is needed.
An inner polyester mesh lining is included, while the internal protective components and aerodynamic hump are removable.
