The jacket is made with 1.2–1.3 mm cowhide leather or an optional 0.8–0.9 mm kangaroo leather. Samtex S1 stretch material at the crotch, behind the calf, and under the sleeves supports flexibility, while the internal protection system and removable aerodynamic hump provide practical riding features.
The outer shell uses genuine cowhide grained leather, with kangaroo leather available as an alternative. Professional leather patchwork and double/triple stitching are included in the listed construction. Genuine YKK zips are specified for the front, cuffs, and ankle.
The listed protection package includes certified external protections and Level 2 internal protections. Removable PU protections are specified for the shoulders, elbows, knees, back, and hips. The jacket also includes external CE-approved removable knee sliders, Velcro below the knee for slider attachment, and extra PU protection stitched at sensitive areas such as the elbows and knees.
The anatomically mapped fit is designed to support movement and comfort. S1 stretch material is positioned at the crotch, behind the calf, and under the sleeves for flexibility. The inner shell includes a polyester mesh lining, and the aerodynamic hump is removable.
