The jacket is built around a structured riding fit, with stretch material and removable protective components included in the original specification. It is also available with customization options for riders who want to adjust the leather, fit, lining or appearance.
The standard outer shell is described as genuine cowhide grained leather with a thickness of 1.2–1.3 mm. A 0.8–0.9 mm kangaroo leather option is also listed. Samtex S1 stretch material is specified at the crotch, behind the calf and under the sleeves for flexibility.
The construction includes genuine YKK zips, leather patchwork and double/triple stitching. Embroidered or printed logos can be produced according to the selected design.
The original specification includes certified external protections and removable internal PU protections. These are listed for the shoulders, elbows, knees, back and hips, with additional PU protection stitched at the elbow and knee areas.
