The Alex Marquez Ducati Gresini 2024 MotoGP Leather Racing Jacket brings a distinctive racing-inspired design to a motorcycle jacket built around rider comfort and practical features. The jacket is described as being made from genuine grained cowhide leather with a thickness of 1.2–1.3 mm, with kangaroo leather also available as an option. S1 stretch material at the crotch, behind the calf, and under the sleeves is specified for flexibility.
Double- and triple-stitched construction is included for tear resistance, while genuine YKK zips are used on the front, cuffs, and ankle. The design also includes leather patchwork and embroidery or printed logos according to the picture.
The original specifications include certified external protections and removable internal PU protections. These are listed for the shoulders, elbows, knees, back, and hips.
External CE-approved removable knee sliders are included in the specification, with Velcro below the knee for attachment. Additional PU protection is stitched at sensitive areas such as the elbows and knees. The aerodynamic hump is also removable.
The anatomically mapped fit is intended to support movement and comfort. S1 stretch panels provide flexibility, while the inner polyester mesh lining is specified for comfort.
