The Axel Bassani 2026 Bimoto Kawasaki Race Suit combines a rider-focused leather construction with a Bimoto Kawasaki racing-inspired design associated with Axel Bassani. Its anatomically mapped fit, stretch sections, removable protection system, and configurable options make it suitable for riders looking for a personalized motorcycle racing suit.
The suit is available in genuine cowhide grained leather at 1.2–1.3 mm or kangaroo leather at 0.8–0.9 mm. S1 Kevlar stretch material is positioned at the crotch, behind the calf, and under the sleeves to provide flexibility in key movement areas.
The outer shell is specified in genuine cowhide grained leather or kangaroo leather. Professional leather patch work and double/triple stitching are included in the construction, with the stitching specified for improved tear resistance.
Genuine YKK zips are used on the front, cuffs, and ankle. Embroidery or printed logos can be applied according to the selected design.
The suit includes carbon-inserted external sliders sewn at the knee, elbow, and shoulder areas.
External CE-approved removable knee sliders are also specified, with Velcro below the knee for slider attachment.
The inner shell includes CE-approved removable PU protections for the shoulders, elbows, knees, back, and hips. Additional PU protection is stitched at sensitive areas such as the elbows and knees.
An aerodynamic hump is included and can be removed.
The anatomically mapped fit is designed to support rider movement and comfort. S1 Kevlar stretch material is positioned at the crotch, behind the calf, and under the sleeves.
The inner polyester mesh lining provides the specified interior comfort. Riders can select Slim, Regular, or Relax fitting, with a tailor-made customization facility also available.
