The Valentino Rossi Yamaha Test Race Suit combines a racing-inspired design with a mapped fit intended to improve comfort and performance on the bike. It is constructed from genuine grained cowhide leather with flexible S1 stretch material and incorporates removable protective components.
The suit is available with several material, fit, perforation, lining, and design customization options, making it suitable for riders looking for a personalized motorcycle racing suit.
The standard outer shell uses genuine cowhide grained leather with a thickness of 1.2–1.3 mm. A kangaroo leather option with a stated thickness of 0.8–0.9 mm is also available.
S1 stretch material is positioned at the crotch, behind the calves, and under the sleeves to provide flexibility where movement is needed. Genuine YKK zips are used at the front, cuffs, and ankles.
The suit also features professional leather patch work and double/triple stitching.
The suit includes certified external protections and CE-approved removable knee sliders. The internal shell includes CE-approved removable PU protections at the shoulders, elbows, knees, back, and hips.
Additional PU protections are stitched into sensitive areas including the elbows and knees. The aerodynamic hump is also removable.
An inner polyester mesh lining is used for comfort. The S1 stretch panels at the crotch, calves, and under the sleeves are designed to provide additional flexibility during riding.
For a more personalized fit, the suit can be ordered in Slim, Regular, or Relaxed fitting options.
