The BMW Alpino GP-Teck Leather Race Suit is a one-piece motorcycle racing suit built around an anatomically mapped fit for rider movement and comfort. Its construction combines genuine grained leather, S1 stretch material, removable protection, and a mesh inner lining for a practical riding-focused design.
The standard outer shell is made from genuine cowhide grained leather with a thickness of 1.2–1.3 mm. A kangaroo leather option with a thickness of 0.8–0.9 mm is also available.
S1 stretch material is positioned at the crotch, behind the calves, and under the sleeves to provide flexibility where riders need additional movement. The suit also uses genuine YKK zips on the front, cuffs, and ankles.
Double/triple stitching and leather patch work are incorporated into the construction, with the stitching specified to improve tear resistance.
