The Ducati Barni Racing 2025 Danilo Petrucci Leather Race Suit combines a racing-focused design with an anatomically mapped fit intended to support rider movement and comfort. The suit is constructed from genuine grained cowhide leather with S1 stretch material positioned in key movement areas.
It features certified external protection, CE-approved removable internal PU protection, removable knee sliders, a removable aerodynamic hump, and a polyester mesh lining. Custom options are also available for leather type, fit, perforation, lining, colors, graphics, and one-piece/two-piece configuration.
The anatomically mapped fit is designed around the rider's movement and riding position. S1 stretch material is incorporated at the crotch, behind the calves, and underneath the sleeves to provide flexibility where additional movement is required.
The outer construction uses double- and triple-stitched sections for improved tear resistance, together with professional leather patchwork and genuine YKK zippers at the front, cuffs, and ankles.
The standard construction uses genuine cowhide grained leather with a stated thickness of 1.2–1.3 mm. A kangaroo leather option with a stated thickness of 0.8–0.9 mm is also available.
