The Alvaro Bautista Ducati SBK 2025 Race Suit combines a racing-focused design with an anatomically mapped fit intended to support rider movement and comfort. The suit is made with genuine cowhide grained leather and Samtex S1 fabric, with removable protective components and stretch sections built into the construction.
The outer shell is available in 1.2–1.3 mm genuine cowhide grained leather or 0.8–0.9 mm kangaroo leather. S1 stretch material is positioned at the crotch, behind the calves, and under the sleeves to provide greater flexibility while riding.
The suit also uses genuine YKK zips at the front, cuffs, and ankles. Professional leather patch work and double/triple stitching are included as part of the construction.
The suit includes certified external protections and removable internal PU protection components.
The anatomically mapped fit is designed around rider movement and comfort. S1 stretch material at key movement areas provides flexibility, while the inner polyester mesh lining and removable internal protections allow the suit to be adjusted to the rider's preferences.
