The Franco Morbidelli VR46 Ducati 2025 Race Suit is designed for riders who want a MotoGP-inspired racing look with a structured, rider-focused fit. It combines genuine grained leather, S1 stretch material, removable protective components, and flexible customization options for fit, leather, perforation, and design.
The suit features an anatomically mapped fit intended to support rider movement while maintaining an optimized level of comfort. S1 stretch material is positioned at the crotch, behind the calves, and under the sleeves to provide flexibility in key movement areas.
The standard outer shell is made from genuine cowhide grained leather with a thickness of 1.2–1.3 mm. A kangaroo leather option with a thickness of 0.8–0.9 mm is also available.
The outer construction includes certified external protections, genuine YKK zips on the front, cuffs, and ankles, and professional leather patch work. Double and triple stitching is used for improved tear resistance.
The suit includes certified external protections and removable internal PU protection components. The inner protection system covers the shoulders, elbows, knees, back, and hips.
External CE-approved removable knee sliders are included, with Velcro below the knee for attaching the sliders. Additional PU protection is stitched into sensitive areas including the elbows and knees.
The aerodynamic hump is also removable.
An inner polyester mesh lining provides the stated comfort feature inside the suit. The internal protections and aerodynamic hump can be removed when required.
