The John Kocinski Yamaha Marlboro GP 1990 Leather Racing Suit recreates the distinctive red, white, and black styling associated with Kocinski's Yamaha GP era. Built around a leather outer shell and rider-focused construction, it combines classic racing-inspired graphics with configurable fit and protection options.
The suit is available in genuine cowhide grained leather or kangaroo leather, with customization choices covering fit, perforation, lining, color, printing, and patching.
The outer shell can be made from genuine cowhide grained leather, 1.2–1.3 mm thick, or kangaroo leather, 0.8–0.9 mm thick.
S1 Kevlar stretch material is specified at the crotch, behind the calf, and under the sleeves to provide flexibility in key movement areas.
The construction also includes leather patch work and double/triple stitching specified for improved tear resistance. Genuine YKK zips are used on the front, cuffs, and ankle.
The supplied specifications include carbon-inserted external sliders sewn at the knee, elbow, and shoulder, along with certified external protection.
The suit also features CE-approved removable knee sliders with Velcro below the knee for slider attachment.
Inside, CE-approved removable PU protections are specified for the shoulders, elbows, knees, back, and hips, with additional PU protection stitched at sensitive areas including the elbows and knees.
A removable aerodynamic hump is also included in the specified configuration.
The suit uses an anatomically considered construction with S1 Kevlar stretch panels positioned at the crotch, behind the calf, and under the sleeves to support flexibility.
An inner polyester mesh lining is specified for comfort, while the internal protections and aerodynamic hump are removable.
Fit can be selected as Slim, Regular, or Relax, and tailor-made customization is available.
