The Bimota by Kawasaki Alex Lowes Race Suit combines a racing-inspired design with an anatomically mapped fit developed to support rider movement and comfort. The suit is constructed from genuine grained cowhide leather and S1 stretch material, with removable protection components and a removable aerodynamic hump.
A range of customization options is available, including leather selection, fit, perforation, lining, colors, graphics, and one-piece to two-piece conversion.
The standard outer shell uses genuine cowhide grained leather with a stated thickness of 1.2–1.3 mm. A kangaroo leather option with a stated thickness of 0.8–0.9 mm is also available.
S1 stretch material is positioned at the crotch, behind the calves, and under the sleeves to provide flexibility in key movement areas. Double- and triple-stitched construction is specified for improved tear resistance, while leather patchwork adds structural detailing.
The suit includes certified external protection and removable internal PU protection at several key areas. The original specification describes the internal protection system as Level 2.
The removable components make it easier to handle the suit when protection components need to be removed.
The anatomically mapped fit is designed around rider movement and comfort. S1 stretch sections at the crotch, behind the calves, and under the sleeves provide additional flexibility in areas that require movement while riding.
The inner shell features a polyester mesh lining. Buyers can also select removable or non-removable lining options, with the option to request an alternative lining material.
