The Francesco Bagnaia Ducati Lenovo 2025 MotoGP Race Suit combines a racing-inspired design with an anatomically mapped fit developed for movement, comfort, and riding performance. The suit is constructed from genuine cowhide grained leather with Samtex S1 stretch material and includes removable internal protections and an aerodynamic hump.
The anatomically mapped fit is designed to provide a more natural riding position while the S1 stretch material allows flexibility at key movement areas. Double- and triple-stitched construction is used throughout the suit for increased tear resistance.
The standard outer shell is made from genuine cowhide grained leather with a stated thickness of 1.2–1.3 mm. A kangaroo leather option with a stated thickness of 0.8–0.9 mm is also available.
Key outer-shell details include:
The inner shell includes removable PU protections positioned at key areas of the body. The original specification lists CE-approved removable PU protection for the shoulders, elbows, knees, back, and hips.
The suit also includes:
The S1 stretch material is positioned at the crotch, behind the calves, and under the sleeves to support flexibility while riding. The polyester mesh lining is intended to improve comfort inside the suit, while the removable protection system allows the internal components to be removed when required.

Every piece of XRACEKIT gear starts with the right raw material, because safety and durability begin long before the first stitch. Our motorcycle suits use full-grain cowhide and kangaroo leather sourced from certified tanneries, the same grade trusted across professional motorsport. Our karting suits use fire-resistant fabric built to FIA and CIK homologation standards. Every batch is tested for abrasion resistance and tear strength before it reaches production.
Behind every XRACEKIT product is a team of pattern cutters with real motorsport apparel experience. Double and triple stitching is used on every high-stress seam — shoulders, elbows, knees and crotch — the exact points where standard garments fail in a slide. Every suit passes a multi-point inspection before it ships, and our armor sits in anatomically shaped pockets so it stays in place during impact, not just during a showroom try-on.
Most racewear brands add layers of margin between the factory and you: importer, distributor, retailer. We work directly with our manufacturing partners and sell straight to you — no agents, no inflated retail markups. That means CE-certified, professionally constructed gear at a price that reflects what it actually costs to build well, including full custom and personalized options without the huge minimum order quantities traditional brands require.
A racing suit that fits badly is not just uncomfortable, it's dangerous. That's why we treat sizing as seriously as any other part of the product — detailed measurement guides for every item, based on real body measurements, not generic S/M/L labels. If the fit isn't right when your order arrives, our 30-day hassle-free exchange policy means you can get the correct size without cost or complication.
