The Jack Miller Yamaha Prima 2025 Race Suit combines a rider-focused anatomical fit with a Yamaha Prima-inspired racing design. Built for motorcycle riders and MotoGP enthusiasts, it features a leather outer construction, flexible S1 stretch areas, removable protective components, and customization options for fit and finish.
The suit features an anatomically mapped fit designed to support movement while maintaining a comfortable riding feel. Its construction combines grained leather with stretch material in key movement areas, while double and triple stitching is used throughout for added tear resistance.
The standard outer shell uses genuine cowhide grained leather with a thickness of 1.2–1.3 mm. A kangaroo leather option with a thickness of 0.8–0.9 mm is also available.
S1 stretch material is positioned at the crotch, behind the calves, and under the sleeves to provide additional flexibility. Genuine YKK zips are fitted at the front, cuffs, and ankles.
The suit includes certified external protections along with removable internal PU protections. The internal protection system covers the key areas specified for the suit, including the shoulders, elbows, knees, back, and hips.
External CE-approved removable knee sliders are included, with Velcro below the knee for slider attachment. Additional PU protection is stitched into sensitive areas such as the elbows and knees.
The internal protective components, including the aerodynamic hump, are removable.
Inside, the suit uses an inner polyester mesh lining for comfort. The removable aerodynamic hump and removable internal protections allow the rider to adjust the suit according to their preferences.
