The Jonathan Rea Yamaha Pata SBK 2025 Race Jacket is a motorcycle racing jacket designed around the supplied Yamaha Pata SBK-inspired design. Its anatomically mapped fit is intended to support riding movement, while the leather construction, removable protections and stretch panels provide a practical combination of riding features and comfort.
The outer shell is available in genuine cowhide grained leather, 1.2–1.3 mm thick, or kangaroo leather, 0.8–0.9 mm thick. Samtex S1 stretch material is used at the crotch, behind the calf and under the sleeves for flexibility.
The jacket also features genuine YKK zips, professional leather patchwork and double/triple stitching for tear resistance. Logos can be embroidered or printed according to the supplied design.
The supplied specifications include certified external protections and removable internal PU protections for the shoulders, elbows, knees, back and hips. The jacket also includes removable CE-approved knee sliders, Velcro below the knee for slider attachment, and an aerodynamic removable hump.
Extra PU protections are stitched at sensitive areas such as the elbows and knees.
The anatomically mapped fit is designed for improved performance and optimized comfort. An inner polyester mesh lining supports comfort, while the S1 stretch material allows flexibility in key movement areas.
