The Maverick Viñales Winter Test KTM Leather Motorcycle Jacket combines a racing-inspired design with a fit and construction intended for motorcycle riders. Based on the Winter Test 2024 design, it features an anatomically mapped fit, leather construction, and removable protective components.
The jacket is available with cowhide or kangaroo leather options, stretch panels for flexibility, and customization choices for fit, color, and construction.
The outer shell is available in genuine cowhide grained leather, 1.2–1.3 mm thick, or kangaroo leather, 0.8–0.9 mm thick. Samtex S1 stretch material is used at the crotch, behind the calf, and under the sleeves to support flexibility.
Construction details include genuine YKK zips, professional leather patchwork, and double/triple stitching. Embroidery or printed logos can be produced according to the selected design.

The anatomically mapped fit is designed to support movement and comfort. S1 stretch panels provide flexibility, while the inner polyester mesh lining is intended to improve comfort.
The jacket is available in Slim, Regular, or Relax fits. The lining and protective components can be removed where the selected configuration supports it.
