The Jonathan Rea Yamaha SBK 2025 Leather Race Suit features a racing-focused design with an anatomically mapped fit intended to support rider movement, comfort, and performance. The suit is made with genuine grained cowhide leather and S1 stretch material in key movement areas.
It includes certified external protections, removable internal PU protection, removable knee sliders, an aerodynamic hump, and a polyester mesh lining. A range of customization options is also available for riders who want to select their preferred leather, fit, perforation, lining, colors, and graphics.
The anatomically mapped construction is designed around the rider's movement and riding position. S1 stretch material is positioned at the crotch, behind the calves, and under the sleeves to provide flexibility in areas that require additional movement.
The suit also uses double- and triple-stitched construction for improved tear resistance, combined with professional leather patchwork. Genuine YKK zippers are fitted at the front, cuffs, and ankles.
The standard outer shell is specified as genuine cowhide grained leather with a thickness of 1.2–1.3 mm. A kangaroo leather option with a stated thickness of 0.8–0.9 mm is also available.
